    Ms. Nancy Kaur is the proud owner of Safari Kid Beaverton and Safari Kid Cedar Mill in Portland, Oregon. Inspired by her love for early childhood education, she is dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching learning environment for young children. Her passion for education was further deepened by her own son’s experiences. With 15 years of experience in affordable housing, she understands the importance of creating accessible, high-quality early education opportunities for all families. In her free time, Ms. Nancy enjoys watching movies and indulging in a bit of window shopping.
     
  • Vinisha Kothoor Owner

    Ms. Vinisha is the proud owner of Safari Kid, where she brings over eight years of experience in early childhood education to the curriculum. Her dedication to fostering a strong educational foundation for young learners is at the core of her work. She holds an MBA in International Business from Instituto de Empresa, Spain. Combining her passion for both business and early childhood education, she established the first Safari Kid in Beaverton, Oregon, with the vision of creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

  • Meena Curriculum Coordinator

    Ms. Meena is a dedicated educator with a passion for art and over three years of experience as a valued member of the Safari Kid Beaverton team. She has also spent the past couple of years teaching online art classes for children aged 4 to 14, blending her creativity with her teaching expertise. Ms. Meena takes on the role of curriculum coordinator, supporting fellow educators in designing and implementing engaging, high-quality programs that inspire young learners. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys exploring creative pursuits and contributing to the vibrant learning community at Safari Kid Beaverton.

  • Anna Preschool Teacher

    Ms. Anna is an experienced preschool educator with a deep commitment to nurturing young children’s growth and development. She holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Education, which has provided her with a strong foundation in child development and educational practices. Over the years, she has cultivated meaningful relationships with both children and families, bringing warmth and dedication to each new connection. Anna is also an active individual outside the classroom, having been a part of the Women’s Soccer Team at Rogue Community College. Her favorite pastimes include sports, outdoor activities, spending time with friends and family, enjoying movies, and exploring new foods.

  • Christina Preschool Teacher

    Ms. Christina is an experienced educator who began her journey in Early Childhood Education in 2008. Discovering her passion for nurturing and teaching young children, she has dedicated herself to supporting their growth and development ever since. While balancing her career, Ms. Christina is a proud Portland, Oregon native and a mother of two children, who inspire her commitment to education. Outside of work, Ms. Christina enjoys spending quality time with her family, creating lasting memories, and cherishing the joys of parenthood.

  • Sandra Toddler Teacher

    Ms. Sandra is a highly experienced educator with 20 years in the field of early childhood education. Her extensive background includes serving as a loving foster parent for over 18 years, demonstrating her deep commitment to nurturing and supporting young lives. She has also completed college courses and an internship with the Oregon Youth Authority, equipping her with a strong foundation to inspire and connect with her students. Outside of work, Ms. Sandra enjoys off-roading at the dunes with her husband and four sons. She is a proud grandmother, having welcomed her first grandchild into the family last November. A fun fact about Ms. Sandra is that she and her husband rehabilitate orphaned baby squirrels during the summer, combining her love for nature with her nurturing spirit.

  • Brandon Preschool Teacher

    Mr. Brandon is an enthusiastic educator dedicated to inspiring young learners and supporting their growth. With two years of experience working at a nationally certified center, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for early childhood education to his role as a teacher at Safari Kid. He strives to understand each child’s unique needs through daily interactions and aims to contribute to their learning and bright futures. Outside of the classroom, Mr. Brandon enjoys going to the gym and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. An active individual, he looks forward to organizing sports and outdoor activities with the children, especially during the summer.

  • Molly Toddler Teacher

    Ms. Molly is a passionate educator with six years of experience in childcare. She joined Safari Kid in April 2023, bringing her passion for teaching and nurturing young minds to the classroom. Growing up in a large family of ten as one of the older siblings, Ms. Molly gained invaluable experience caring for her younger brothers and sisters, which inspired her lifelong commitment to education. Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, expressing her creativity through painting, getting lost in a good book, and exploring nature on hikes with her beloved dog.

    Ms. Wendy is a committed childhood educator with a passion for helping young children grow and thrive. With over four years of experience in early childhood education, Wendy is dedicated to being an active part of each child’s developmental journey. She believes that every child is unique, learning at their own pace and in their own way. Ms. Wendy strives to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel encouraged to explore, learn, and enjoy. In her spare time, she loves traveling and participating in outdoor activities with her family.

  • Araceli Toddler Teacher

    Ms. Araceli is a devoted preschool teacher at Safari Kid, passionate about helping children develop essential life skills and independence in a fun and nurturing environment. Originally from southern Oregon, she grew up surrounded by agriculture and a love for the outdoors. Driven by the desire to pursue opportunities in a more dynamic setting, she moved to a fast-paced community, where she found her calling as an educator. Ms. Araceli is committed to creating a supportive space where children can grow, learn, and thrive. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys outdoor activities, inspired by her roots in southern Oregon.

  • Celeste Infant Teacher

    Ms. Celeste is an compassionate educator with four years of experience in infant childcare. She is passionate about understanding how children grow and develop, dedicating herself to creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners. While she continues to deepen her knowledge in the field, her experience has shaped her commitment to fostering positive growth in every child she works with. Outside of work, Ms. Celeste enjoys spending time with her two beloved cats, Macaroni and Cheese. In her free time, she loves shopping and unwinding indoors with her favorite video games.
